Using this website
This website tells you about our services. We keep it accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your particular business. You can use it, and share links to it, for any lawful purpose. Please don’t try to break it, copy large parts of it, or use the contact form to send spam.
Prices and quotes
Prices on this website are starting prices. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Exactly what you get, the price and the timeline are set out in a written proposal, and nothing is agreed until you accept that proposal in writing (an email is fine).
Our services
Each project is covered by the proposal you accept: what we will set up, the one-off and monthly fees, how long it takes, and how to cancel a monthly plan. If a proposal says something different from these terms, the proposal applies.
Nothing goes live until you have approved it. You are responsible for the information you give us (such as your services, prices, opening hours and service area) being accurate, and for telling us when it changes.
AI receptionists and automated replies
Our AI receptionists and automated replies are set up with your business details and checked by you before they go live. Like any AI, they can occasionally misunderstand a caller or get something wrong. They take messages and pass them on to you: they are not an emergency service, and they don’t replace your own judgement.
Your information
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice. This website doesn’t use cookies; see our cookie notice.
Our content
The text, design and logo on this website belong to Ringly. Please don’t copy them for your own business without asking us first.
Links to other websites
Where we link to other websites, it’s for your information. We’re not responsible for what they contain.
Liability
We don’t accept liability for losses caused by relying on the general information on this website. Our responsibility for the work we do for you is set out in your proposal. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts deal with any dispute about them.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions?colm@ringly.ie
